Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by SiteFirst, operated by Robinson Digital, to clients engaging in website design, development, hosting, and related digital services.

By proceeding with a project, approving a preview build, making payment, or requesting the website to go live, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the standard SiteFirst website package includes:

• _Up to 7 custom-designed pages
• _Mobile responsive website design
• _Basic on-page SEO setup
• _Contact forms
• _Domain connection
• _12 months website hosting
• _SSL certificate installation
• _Basic speed optimisation
• _One revision round before launch
• _Copywriting based on the information provided by the client
• _Social media links
• _Google Maps integration
• _Basic gallery sections
• _Basic image optimisation
• _Standard website launch support

All websites are designed and developed specifically for the client and their business.

The following features are not included in the standard package unless specifically quoted and agreed upon separately:

• _Booking systems
• _Calendar functionality
• _Ecommerce stores
• _Membership portals
• _Client dashboards
• _Custom web applications
• _CRM integrations
• _Advanced automations
• _Custom API integrations
• _Advanced SEO campaigns
• _Ongoing blog writing
• _Logo design
• _Branding packages
• _Paid stock photography
• _Video production
• _Additional revisions beyond the included round
• _Third-party software subscriptions

Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

SiteFirst may provide preview builds before payment is requested.

All preview builds remain the intellectual property of SiteFirst until full payment has been received.

Preview websites are provided for evaluation purposes only and may not be copied, reproduced, downloaded, deployed, or used commercially without written permission.

Preview links may expire or be removed at any time.

The standard package includes one revision round before launch.

A revision round includes reasonable edits such as:

• _Text adjustments
• _Image replacements
• _Colour updates
• _Minor layout adjustments
• _Section reordering

Major structural changes, redesign requests, additional pages, rewritten copy, or functionality changes may require an additional quote.

The client agrees to provide all required materials within a reasonable timeframe, including:

• _Business information
• _Logos
• _Images
• _Branding assets
• _Written content where applicable
• _Feedback and approvals

Delays in communication or missing content may impact estimated launch timelines.

The client is responsible for ensuring they legally own or have permission to use any content supplied to SiteFirst.

Estimated timelines provided by SiteFirst are approximate only.

While many projects may be completed quickly, delivery times can vary depending on:

• _Scope complexity
• _Client responsiveness
• _Revision requests
• _Third-party integrations
• _Hosting or domain delays

SiteFirst is not liable for delays caused by missing information or delayed approvals from the client.

Full payment is required before a website is transferred live unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to complete payment may result in:

• _Suspension of work
• _Removal of preview access
• _Delayed launch
• _Removal of hosting services

Any overdue invoices may incur additional fees or collection action where required.

Upon full payment:

• _The client owns the final website content and approved design assets
• _SiteFirst transfers operational ownership of the website to the client

However, SiteFirst reserves the right to:

• _Display the project in portfolios
• _Reference the project for promotional purposes
• _Retain ownership of proprietary systems, templates, frameworks, or internal processes used during development

The standard package includes 12 months hosting from the website launch date.

After the initial 12 months:

• _Website hosting renews at $39 AUD per month
• _Hosting includes continued website uptime, server management, security monitoring, and general maintenance
• _Ongoing update requests, redesign work, additional functionality, or advanced support may incur additional charges

Failure to maintain hosting payments may result in:

• _Website suspension
• _Temporary removal from public access
• _Eventual deletion of hosting files and backups if left unpaid for an extended period

Clients are free to transfer their website to another hosting provider after full payment has been made, however SiteFirst is not responsible for issues caused during or after third-party migrations.

SiteFirst is not responsible for downtime caused by:

• _Hosting providers
• _Domain providers
• _Third-party software
• _Internet outages
• _External integrations or services beyond our control

Basic SEO setup is included as part of the website build.

However, SiteFirst does not guarantee:

• _Google rankings
• _Search engine placement
• _Lead volume
• _Website traffic
• _Sales conversions

SEO performance depends on many external factors beyond website development alone.

Websites are built to function correctly across modern browsers and common devices at the time of launch.

Compatibility with outdated browsers, unsupported devices, or future software changes cannot be guaranteed indefinitely.

Any work requested outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

This may include:

• _Additional pages
• _New functionality
• _Booking systems
• _Ecommerce upgrades
• _Copy rewrites
• _Integrations
• _Ongoing updates

Additional work may be billed at either:

• _A fixed quoted price
• _An hourly development rate

If the client becomes unresponsive for more than 30 days, the project may be considered inactive.

Inactive projects may:

• _Be archived
• _Require a reactivation fee
• _Lose their allocated timeline position

Preview builds and temporary hosting may also be removed.

Due to the digital nature of website development services:

• _Payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced
• _Refunds are assessed at the discretion of SiteFirst

If a client chooses not to proceed after reviewing a preview build, no payment is required unless otherwise agreed.

SiteFirst shall not be held liable for:

• _Business losses
• _Lost profits
• _Lost leads
• _Downtime
• _Security breaches caused by third-party providers
• _Content inaccuracies provided by the client
• _Search engine ranking fluctuations

The client accepts that websites and digital systems involve ongoing maintenance and external dependencies.

Client information submitted through forms, emails, or onboarding processes is used solely for project-related purposes.

SiteFirst does not sell client information to third parties.

Reasonable steps are taken to protect submitted information, however absolute security across internet systems cannot be guaranteed.

After launch:

• _The website remains live on the included hosting plan
• _Minor support may be provided during the transition period
• _Additional growth services may be offered separately

Optional ongoing services may include:

• _SEO
• _Google Ads
• _Social media management
• _Content updates
• _Hosting renewals
• _Website maintenance
• _Conversion optimisation

As your business grows, additional functionality can be added to your website, including:

• _Online booking systems
• _Calendar integrations
• _Ecommerce stores
• _Membership areas
• _Live chat
• _CRM integrations
• _Custom automations
• _Landing pages
• _AI chatbots
• _Advanced SEO systems

All upgrades are quoted separately based on requirements.
